A. N.Firstly I would say that their sales progression team are excellent - Matthew James did a stellar job in helping get everything over the line, chasing up solicitors and helping manage challenging situations elsewhere in the chain. He is a huge asset to the ND team.
The sales team were very helpful at the outset of my journey and gave me some excellent advice so I would say that whilst they are not the cheapest agents, the sales progression element was definitely worth the extra price as I know a number of agents locally have let go of their sales progression staff and this can make all the difference to your move so worth thinking about when selecting an agent. M.Every procedure is quick and easy. I have spoken with several people in this company both physically and over the phone and they are all very kind, patient and professional. Yesterday I had a property visit done by Sylvia Hames who was lovely to chat with. She did the procedure really quickly, and it's overall great experience to have her doing our property visits (both digitally and physically). Every maintenance issue is dealt with immediately. I was very impressed by Hanna and Jordan and they returned my calls very quickly and always very helpful. I was a bit disappointed that the after sales team were not as good and had to chase up a couple of times, but that was probably because very busy.

R. T.My boiler stopped working over Xmas, and I was unsure of how to use the reporting to the maintenance team. Lianne Mckeever, however was very helpful, and made sure that the problem was sorted as quickly as possible. The engineers that came to the house (first to arrive was a plumber who was unable to fix the problem, the second was boiler specific) were extremely polite, professional and friendly.

Sadly Sarah Holland is no longer with the company once I vacated the property however I have been liaising with Ash in regards to my tenancy and I am happy to say he is just as pleasant to deal with. I recently had a small gripe about something that was said to me by a different member of staff (not mentioning names) and within 48 hours of reporting that issue Ash was on the phone and making sure I was okay and taking notes to be sure to put it right. As a company they very much care about their tenants, and do everything they can to assure that everyone is left with a smile on their face after every conversation.

We have gone through constant problems of him not paying the rent and then refusing to leave the property despite trying to take him to court to obtain an eviction order. They're proactive, regularly updating adverts and contacting people on their database. They also kept regular contact with me, providing monthly reports on interest shown via the on-line advert. They also provide a legal service via referral to a local Solicitors which also proved a very professional firm. Very helpful staff and especially Olly Ruggles in their Telford office. Fees are competitive and the service first class. Highly recommend.

Slyvia has been coming to home for a very long time now, she always happy and approachable and we have a good natter and put the world to rights.
