J. H.I've just come to the end of an almost two year rental agreement on a lovely, really good value Truro property originally managed through Cornwall Homeseekers.
I've been generally impressed by their courteous and friendly service and the helpfulness of their staff. I'd like to give a special 'shout out' to Jason Smith, the member of the team with whom I've had the most contact, from first showing me around the property to speedily finding new tenants to take on the rental agreement when I needed to move on a couple of months early. Thanks so much, Jason and everyone at CHS!

G.I rented a property from Cornwall Homeseekers for 18 months which was much more affordable than other properties viewed, accepted pets, and was also bigger than other properties viewed for a more expensive rental price. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, particularly being very cooperative when moving out and our house completion didn't go through in time. I found Cornwall Homeseekers much easier to get hold of for property maintence issues than larger letting agents and no nasty suprises at check out with petty damages being discounted from the security deposit than the same larger letting agents. Would definitely recommend and thank you for a great tenancy!!!

R. T.Outstanding estate agents to say the least. A lot of people look at young people who want to rent and make it incredibly difficult with regards to age and creditably but they were very willing to give us a chance. We would not have managed to rent without them because of the extortionate fees everywhere else! Fees were exactly as they were stated, yes sometimes they took a bit of prompting but if you're really interested in a property for let you have to do that anyway!! Considering the fact we don't live anywhere near the office they were very accommodating and kept in contact with us through email and phone at all times.
