My family and I had been looking for a property in Cornwall for nearly 2 years and I have to say that India and the team at Country and Waterside Prestige were well and truly a cut above the rest, more professional, more knowledgeable, more understanding and more thorough than every other agent we worked with in Cornwall. Having been a Sales Director for an estate agents outside Cornwall I couldn't help but judge the companies we worked with to find our home and India was the only one to continuously follow up, making sure her pipeline of buyers was up-to-date. Regrettably we weren't able to find a property through India at Country and Waterside Prestige, however I couldn't recommend them enough for Vendors and Buyers alike who want that polished service, dealing with industry experts.

I would like to thank Charley, Mark and the team of Country & Waterside for their hard work and daily communication with me in getting the sale of a bespoke and in-demand new waterside property in Fowey over the line. After being royally messed about and failed by three mortgage advisors/companies in a row; all unable to finally secure me a relatively modest mortgage (due to a lack of understanding of my self-employed status, even though I was offering a large deposit and all figures were filed with the tax office).
