A few years ago I purchased a home in St Mawes through H Tiddy and was very impressed with how Tom and his colleagues went the extra mile to make the process as stress free as possible! Nothing was ever too much trouble. I recently decided to move and had no hesitation as to which agent I would approach to sell the property on my behalf. Tom, Natalie and Gail could not have been more helpful. I was promptly notified of viewings following which I was provided with immediate feedback. Throughout the sale they were readily contactable, friendly, efficient and reassuring......and facilitated a smooth transaction! I can honestly say the staff of H Tiddy were most pleasurable to work with when both buying and selling and can thoroughly recommend them.

We purchased a property that H Tiddy were selling. It was a particularly difficult purchase with many challenging issues arising during the process that at times had us holding our heads in our hands. Through the entire process Gail and Natalie, from H Tiddy, were like rocks in the storm, always there to steady us and being open and honest about the various glitches that occurred. They both passed on information in a timely manner and regularly called us with updates doing their utmost to smooth the long and fraught journey to our new home.
