Even when one purchaser pulled out late in the process, Duncan and his team had others ready to move. They even got us a better price from the 2nd purchaser. Even when the virus hit the country and we went into lockdown, Duncan and his team kept us up to date with the progress and eventually managed to complete yesterday. I commend Humberts in Truro to anyone keen to get the best value out of their estate agent. They took over the agency for our house sale in Truro after we had had a very disappointing time with another agency, a company with a 'national perspective' which had chased us for the work, and from whom many (not all) communications were automated. That relationship resulted in no offers. Humberts were the opposite - very 'hands-on'. They have a very efficient staff who keep you in touch for every viewing. This resulted in a quick succession of offers. Duncan, the manager, even helped us to find removers at short notice who also turned out to be cheaper than most and very efficient. Thanks Humberts.
