The most genuine team and best estate agents I have used during my university experience. We have just finished renting a property from the service and I can say without a doubt that as a student this has been the best letting company that we have found, not only are the team responsive and caring but they truly do their best to sort and fix any problems that you have along the way of your tenancy. Hand on heart I can say that kernow properties really do have their priorities right when it comes to student friendly housing. We have spent the past year in correspondence with Sadie who has ensured that all of the small problems that we did have along the way were resolved very quickly. I can fully recommend Kernow Property services in both areas of Sales and Lettings. We sold our house with them a couple of years ago. We got a far better price than we would have with other Estate Agents and the service was excellent. We were always kept informed and any issues were dealt with promptly. I now have two properties I let through Kernow Property Services in Cornwall while I live 300 miles away in the Cotswolds. I have complete peace of mind that my properties are being looked after and that my tenants needs are always met. I am informed straight away of any repair or other problem needing attention and with my approval, the work is carried out promptly. If a tenant moves out, everything is handled smoothly and in a short space of time the house is being rented out again. It makes no difference that I am so far away. We chose to sell our house with Kernow Property Services based initially on the way we we greeted when we walked into their office and the subsequent conversation that followed. We were immediately in no doubt that this was a different type of estate agent and one in whom we could trust and feel fully confident that they'd be able to sell the house efficiently. Further to this and equally important, when you undertake something that inherently stressful, they are simply nice genuine people, easy to chat to, they have time for you and whilst some of the traditional negative estate agent stereotypes sometimes still exist, this is not the case with Kernow. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, whether you have a posh mansion to sell or a one bedroom flat, they'll treat your sale with the same level of care, attention and importance.

We rented through KPS for just under a year. Despite the property we rented being in poor repair with outdated white goods (furnished) they fought for us at every step to get things repaired and replaced. (We had boiler, washing machine, fridge, oven heating element replaced as well as other repairs). They have been absolutely brilliant, contactable and kept us in the loop at all times.
