Honestly such a great help to us with our move ! From the day I enquired about a property until the final signing of the tenancy Miller Countrywide were a pleasure to deal with and got things going really quite quickly. The team at Truro have been excellent throughout the whole sale process but extra special warm & fuzzy feelings have to go to Michael, who, from the initial valuation appointment to exchange of contracts (just 6 weeks after the 1st viewing) has been "perfect". We had a selection of other local agents out to value the property but Michael's manner, attitude and knowledge, along with his "I know someone this would be perfect for" statement (it was, she bought it) set him head and shoulders above the rest and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Millers to anyone, well, apart from people I don't like and then I may just recommend the others. Having had my late brother's flat on the market with 2 local agents for 18 months despite many viewings and reducing the price we had no success in selling. For the most part the negative feedback was the lack of parking and was told 'We could have sold this 10 times over if it had parking'! The property was costing us a lot of money and we needed to sell so we turned to Miller Countrywide and after a very positive meeting with Jenni who reassured me that the lack of parking need not be a problem with a different approach, let them take the reins. I was due to go away for 4 weeks in the summer and flippantly said I would like this sold by the time I get back! Whilst away a phone call from Ryan confirmed a reasonable offer had been made after a couple of viewings which we accepted and both Ryan and Jenni then went beyond what would normally be expected to ensure a smooth and speedy transition right through to the exchange of contracts.
