Philip Martin sold my father's previous house in Cornwall for me . As I live in Berkshire I was looking for an estate agent who would take care of the sale for me over a distance. I have been extremely impressed by the level of service I received from Philip Martin. The sale process was quick and seamless. Communication at all times was timely and clear. Thanks to the efforts of Aaron and the team the transaction proved easy and stress free for me. I cannot recommend them enough for their help at all stages of the sale.

At a time when the market was frenzied, the team at Philip Martin always returned our calls in a timely manner whilst offering help and sensible advice. Elowen was particularly valuable as a empathic go-between. This was not our experience with many estate agents whilst we had been searching for property in the southwest for the previous 12 months.
