Victoria is our go to person at Philip Martin and she does an excellent job in keeping the maintenance work on track and in order of priority. Her communication between the landlords, tenants and ourselves is excellent and we are always aware of lead times and client expectations. She does her level best to keep contractors, landlords and tenants happy and has no problem to help sort any queries out on weekends or in her private time. We would not be able to perform our maintenance work as effectively as we do if it were not for her constant reminders and updates.
