L. J.Tim and Andrew were professional and courteous. As were moving almost 400 miles the logistics made it difficult for us to complete some tasks ourselves. However, Tim, went out of his way to conduct a FaceTime call to check the boundary of the property we were buying, he also met our removal firm at the new property as we could not get there early enough and then met us later at the new property with the keys, rather than us go to his office. Any queries that we had he speedily followed up with the vendor.
