We used Stratton Creber in Truro to sell our coach house flat. The staff were all efficient and from the start we felt confident we could trust them to do do a good job for us. Karen was an absolute star at keeping the process moving and keeping stress levels to a minimum . She dealt promptly with problems and queries and always kept us up to date with the usual slow conveyancing process. She was great at linking and liaising between us the solicitors and the buyers; professional and yet personal; just what we needed . We would highly recommend this office

This review relates to the sale of a property which formed part of the Estate of my sister in law. We had three Estate Agents to View the property and Stefan was far and away the most professional and caring of the three so we decided to go with Stratton Creber. The overall prices was delayed by a number of factors but even though we were not Executors, Ben kept us up to date with progress every week and relays communications from the purchasers. Shame it all took so long but Stratton Creber were professional, helpful and very approachable throughout. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for good Estate Agent in Truro.

Looking at previous reviews I would endorse every word of praise. Our sale was a low value retirement home that was always going to be a difficult sell and at low fee, however Stefan and Karen kept on going, through the viewings, through the pandemic and then finally got the purchaser's solicitor to do their job. From the initial contact , valuation viewing to completion of the sale every step was carried out in an extremely professional manner.
