I first went to Ashtons 2 and a half years ago looking to get out of my mother's house, I came into contact with an absolute gem of an employee named Toni. What can I say? She went above and beyond for me from day one, every little question was answered efficiently (if she didn't know she would ask someone who did) and worries were eased with advice which she didn't need to give. I never thought I was bugging her if I ever needed anything, making me feel comfortable any time I needed to go into the agency. This sort of customer service is extremely rare these days but if anybody is looking to rent first time or otherwise I would go into Ashtons on Padgate Lane Warrington and ask for Toni. Absolutely phenomenal service. Walked into Ashton's like a lost sheep desperately needing to rent a flat and we had no clue what to look for. We sat down with a staff member called Toni and she helped us through everything, explaining what we should be looking for, which areas were best and what we would get for our money. Ashtons always go that extra mile with fantastic customer service from all the staff. The market is awash with estate agents and anyone can advertise a house for sale online and do viewings. However, it is about validating the offer and then the focus is on the after sales and the knowledge and experience of how to deal with solicitors and issues that arise from surveys. The Ashtons team excel at this and getting the sales over the line quickly with a minimum amount of fuss.

Really nice agents here. Listened to what I needed, Made good suggestions, prices were reasonable compared to others. They have an independent mortgage advisor based here again with competitive rates. I'd recommend him to anyone who is starting off with buying their first house. They were all so helpful. Only fault I had was with their recommended conveyancing suggestion which I would not be using again.

This is our first experience of letting and we could not have asked for anyone better than Megan to guide us through the process, she answered all our queries in a friendly, professional and prompt manner, and quickly chased up any problems we had. We moved our let properties to Ashtons about 5 years ago and it was a good move. We have our own manager, Toni Lally, who looks after our properties and she does a great job. There's never any down time and tenants are adequately vetted and tend to stay with us. Some people choose to manage their own properties but we prefer to stay removed and have professionals look after our properties and Toni and the team at Ashtons are the best in the business.
