We bought our house with Gascoigne Halman, Once our offer was accepted we unfortunately had to inform them after 4 months that our Buyer had pulled out, we were obviously very worried we would lose our purchase, but Steph and Sarah at Gascoigne Halman were very reassuring, and i believe they helped to assure our vendor on our behalf so we did not lose our property. We secured a new buyer quickly and managed to complete the purchase and are now in our New home. Steph and Sarah provided a really personal touch with regards to our move, and were great throughout

Fantastic service from Andrew and his team. Great sale pack put together, including superb photographs of our property. Inundated with viewings, a full asking price offer recevied within two weeks of going on the market and our sale was completed and contracts exchanged less than six weeks later.
