As a first time buyer it’s very daunting however from the moment I inquired about the house I purchased, I was immediately blown away by the outstanding service I received. It was also nice to know that someone was at the end of the phone or email if I had any questions or queries however big or small. A first class service was always delivered. It’s nice to see an estate agent like Harper Williams investing in time with its customers and not seen a just a buyer. Along the way there were some problems but all dealt with complete professionalism and always putting the customer first. Thank you for the amazing service and I was able to complete on my first ever house. I would definitely recommend Harper Williams Estate Agents! Tommy was my contact and he displayed such professionalism throughout. From the moment I booked a viewing through to completion. The whole team at Harper Williams were attentive and a pleasure to work with for the sale of my home. Leanne was one of three estate agents I asked to value my home and stood out a mile, it never felt like she was trying to pull the wool over my eyes, but was honest and clearly had the insight and passion which made this agency a clear choice for me. Alan and Tommy were brilliant from the moment I sold my home through to aiding the smooth process of getting the chain moving, we had regular catch ups (instigated by them) and nothing seemed like too much hassle. I will most definitely be using them for my next sale and won’t be bothering with other valuations. One thing I would point out to avoid is their preferred solicitors (TQ Law), their level of professionalism didn’t match up to Harper Williams standards in my eyes. I would recommend doing your homework on your own solicitors. But I won’t let that take away from the great work Harper Williams did for me and my move this year.

We honestly cannot recommend Harper Williams Estate Agents enough. After having a stressful time with another local agent, having two sales fall through, we were nervous about even putting our house back on the market again to potentially set ourselves up for more disappointment. We knew we had picked the right estate agent for us, as soon as we engaged over the phone. The assurance we were given that the house would sell immediately and command the asking price was proven as soon as they put the house on the market and put a sign up outside the property. Interest was immediate. They are excellent at marketing and selling your property. Their customer service skills are second to none - they keep ALL parties updated - both sellers and potential buyers - everyone is kept up-to-date in the communications loop. If you want to sell your property and sell it fast and at the best selling price - this is the estate agent for you. They put in 110% effort in everything they do. Any seller or buyer will not be disappointed. If you want Gold Star service - use Harper Williams. Leanne and Tommy are the ultimate professionals and customer service kings (and queen). What should have been a standard easy sell and buy opportunity - our journey wasn't an easy one and turned into a seller/buyer nightmare. Events outside both the seller and buyer's control and something both the estate agent nor the solicitors legal team of conveyancers had experienced before. A true challenge and with warrior Leanne at the helm - the sale/purchase was not going to be lost. Daily conversations with Leanne and Tommy became the norm. Tommy continued to keep the buyer onside providing him with regular progress updates (communications he was not receiving at his end). The scenario was true testament to their commitment to their customers in fulfuling a happy and satisfactory outcome for both parties. It truly was a day of celebration for all when we completed. I'd thoroughly recommend using Harper Williams. They were excellent when I was selling my house. Initially I just dealt with Leanne who really does put the time and effort in, along with the personal touch, but as things progressed I dealt with her team too, who were very good to deal with. After an initial buzz of interest my house seemed to have stalled slightly in terms of getting interest and viewings booked, but Leanne was always excellent in terms of advice and keeping morale high! We can’t thank Leanne and Harper Williams enough. Their whole service was quality - market research, photos, viewings and managing the process. We got feedback constantly. Our sale was slowed by a shoddy solicitor at the bottom of the chain. Leanne went “above and beyond” and sorted them out, most estate agents would have said “its outside my control”.
