We have been renting an office at St James Business Centre for almost 3 years and the service we get is fantastic. All the staff are very polite and always helpful. The in house postal service is so convenient and the on-site cafe is really handy too when it was open (it’s closed due to Covid at the moment). The rates are very reasonable and the location is fantastic. I would definitely recommend renting an office there

St James Business Centre is a great location for a variety of sizes of business, from start up's to firms wanting to take the next step. Its adaptable layout offers the ability to remain at St James and take a larger unit as required. The shared facilities include traditional meeting spaces and more agile meeting spaces. Plus a great on site cafe. Parking is great for a town centre location and the professional manned reception is the icing on the cake. The Landlord has a great team on hand within St James to assist you as required. We would definitely recommend St James - Standing Space Ltd

Good serviced office building, good facilities. Some good bits, some ok bits, some could be better. If you're looking for an office in Warrington, you could do a lot worse.
