My family and I were searching for a new property investment, Jamie Mciver worked extremely hard continuously including negotiating for us on behalf of the Belvoir sales division to ensure that a successful house purchase was achieved for us. Jamie and William Venter have been particularly efficient, effective, and helpful, liaising with the previous Vendor/Landlord and the seller’s solicitor considering what became our unfortunate situation with tenants in situ.
