Shout out to Lori the Lettings Negotiator! Myself and my partner needed to move to Watford urgently; within a week of the viewing. Planning coming to Watford from up North, organising viewings and eventually coming down, whilst working around our new jobs, Lori was incredibly understanding of our situation. Connells and Lori bent over backwards for us in getting everything sorted so quickly and honestly can not thank Lori enough - she's a gem! Right from the word 'Go' she was attentive and doing everything her end to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you Connells. I bought my flat through them in 2006 and so selling with them was a great end to my time in Watford. They have been brilliant. My agents- Liam Archer and Scott Hillsdon have moved earth and heaven to get my flat sold despite the worst solicitor ever (Talbot's Law - AVOID AVOID AVOID) who took 10 months to sell a 1bedroom flat. Have felt supported by Connells the entire time and their team have been top notch. Admittedly a little pricey but they had a buyer within a day as they ensure people are in a position to put the offer in and are not just doing viewings as a Saturday hobby! Communications have been quick and efficient, advice sound and support unwavering. I would recommend them unreservedly.

We appointed Krishant at Connells to market the property for letting on 23 Oct and within 3 hours, Krishant had lined up a viewing. Also within 24 hours, we had received 3 verbal offers and within 3 working days, we had five offers to consider with a recommendation to proceed with a preferred party. This was an incredibly smooth experience in terms of finding tenants, referencing them (through a third-party company) and making all the documentation stacked up. Almost everything was done electronically and we couldn't have asked for a better process. Krishant was polite and super-responsive to all the emails (usually within 3 hours if he wasn't out seeing clients) and phone calls. Connells were also highly competitive in terms of costs. We would highly recommend Krishant and Connells Watford.

Tony and Luke have done a great job for me when I have purchased and sold property in Watford with them. Most recently they worked very hard to make sure we completed on a sale before Christmas.
