We were introduced to Tessa at Connells by a friend of overs. We were looking for mortgage had found London & Country very mechanical in their approach. Dealing with Tessa was a nice experience. Her knowledge, expertise as to which Lenders requires what detailing, finding best mortgage deals was very helpful. Her transparency and being around for answering / addressing lenders query helped a lot. Further her calls to find out about exchange, completion meant she liked to be informed about process till completion and remained available for help. We closed a house deal in pinner with her mortgage advise and will recommend her services.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I had been thinking of selling my property for quite some time. My partner and I decided to get a few agents round to value our property and see who to go for. We had our first two valuations done and that’s when Ross from Connells came, he was brilliant. He did such a good job of explaining everything we needed to know! One of the negotiators of the branch did a great job of explaining how we would go about viewings etc. very happy with the service the team provided.
