Julian from Fairfield Estate Agent went above and beyond with supporting and progressing the sale of our PRC house. From start to finish the service was faultless. Julian did everything he could to make our experience as stress free as possible. The whole process was fully explained. The property was marketed promptly with a great selection of images. I was kept up to date each step of the way. Once an offer was accepted the liaison by Julian with the buyer and the solicitors helped to ensure we had a smooth sale and completion. I had a brilliant experience with Fairfield Estates as a first time buyer and highly recommend them. I had a few initial viewings with Olivia until I found my new property, I can't recommend her enough. She has wonderful professionalism about her, takes the time to have information on the property and comes across very genuine. We had Fairfield sell our house after being impressed with their process when we purchased it. Some details were overlooked initially with the particulars being reused but this was quickly sorted. An acceptable offer was received very quickly and once the offer was in we started dealing with Julian Critelli who was excellent. He worked very hard, chasing solicitors and informing all parties to ensure everything went through. I would definitely use Fairfield again and feel the slightly higher fees than online agents was money well spent as Julian really pushed things though for us and ensured a successful sale.
