s. e.James Alexander Estate were incredible and very professional when me and my partner were purchasing our property.
Jason made the whole transaction a very smooth process for us. He was always available to answer questions and he made sure to return our calls at his earliest convenience. Our transaction was delayed slightly due to unforeseen circumstances but Jason pushed ahead with the sellers on our behalf to make sure the transaction went ahead.
We would highly recommend James Alexander Estate, especially the experience and expertise of Jason.

R. A.Jason at James Alexander was the Estate Agent handling the sale of a property we were purchasing. After a purchase that had fallen through with another estate agent, we were weary of sheisty characters within the field.
We spoke to Jason to arrange the viewing. He was always clear, responsive but never pushy. Once we had had made an offer on the house, Jason did not play those dodgy games some estate agents play. He was always transparent, and was a great middle man between us and the seller who accepted our offer.
During the purchase process, Jason was happy to speak with our Broker, and solicitors, as well as the sellers solicitors to get things sorted. Again, he was prompt, easy to contact, kept us informed, and managed to get us through to exchange even during the difficult Covid-19 period.
