Mark is by far and hands down the best estate agent I have come across in my years. He restored my faith in estate agents and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am so glad that I instructed Mark to sell my property. From the start, he was very professional and personable in his dealings with me, and took over the whole process with calm assurance. When the inevitable complications arose, he liaised with all the parties involved, and quickly reassured myself and the purchaser to smooth the process, and to bring the exchange and completion of contracts forward to all parties’ satisfaction. Estate agents generally have a poor reputation, but Mark definitely does not! Mark is the most professional (no push), calm, supportive, and most organized real estate agent we have dealt with. Most of the other agents we had spoken to are so mechanical but Mark takes time to actually listen and understand your needs. Buying a property is the most stressful thing you can do but Mark makes that process so much easier. Finding ourselves in a tricky spot with our chain…right at the last hurdle of our sale - I initially reached out to Mark for advice as he had come recommended by in my network. He was incredibly generous with his time and expertise, helping us to navigate the challenges we were facing with a manipulative buyer, slack agent and collapsing sale. He gave his advice to us freely, much like a friend would. His unrelenting positivity gave us the confidence to turn the whole thing around. We decided to ditch our agent, look for a new buyer ourselves and start again. By some luck we attracted a new buyer in just 1 week! With the new buyer in place, it was a no-brainer to ask if Mark would handle the negotiations and sales progression. From the moment he said yes, he worked tirelessly to ensure we completed just 8 weeks later, the chain thankfully still intact! There aren’t enough good words for Mark, but if I had to pick just 3 they would be Attentive, Expert and Positive. There are plenty of terrible agents out there, more than good ones, but Mark is one of the rare GREAT ones. His knowledge, people skills and passion really shows and he delivers a different league of service to what we experienced elsewhere. I cannot recommend Mark enough, a kind, professional agent. The world needs more like him!

Estate Agents are generally not my favourite people - but Mark Stern is not your average estate agent and most definitely has become one of my favourite people! Mark has made the whole process of selling our mother's home to pay for her nursing home care, one of the least stressful experiences we have ever encountered! He has simply been amazing! He took the trouble to really get to know us and to find out all about Mum, what she loved about living in her home and the surrounding area and what we were hoping to achieve. He really takes an interest, is very approachable and helpful and is genuinely so enthusiastic about what he does! We weren't sure what to expect sale-price-wise, but Mark was very supportive in his advice, found us a buyer within the first week and we achieved a great deal more sale-price-wise than we had expected. The whole process has taken less than two months and we complete today! He even recommended a local solicitor who has done a great "no fuss" job for a very reasonable fee. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Mark. You will get a far better personal service and result than going to your local high street agent and his marketing tools are right up there. He is incredibly well connected in the industry, what he doesn't know about buying and selling property probably isn't worth knowing, and it's a testament to him that he seems so very well liked by both buyers and sellers alike. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough to anyone looking for an estate agent who gives his all to get you a buyer for your property. Mark is extremely professional and works with you and for you. I would never use another high street estate agent. Mark’s service is the best. He spent so much time with me and in constant contact along the way to bring buyers who are always accompanied by him, having checked out they were serious buyers. It only took a few weeks for Mark to find me a buyer and he negotiated the right price for me and the buyer and he recommended solicitors and said that anything I needed he was there for me. Unfortunately due to personal family circumstances I had to pull out of the sale but if or when I am ever in a position to sell my house I will only ever use Mark. So if you are looking for an estate agent who makes you feel you are only his only client and who works tirelessly for you 24/7 please don’t look anywhere else just go straight to Mark.
