When we had issues with our kitchen, we ended up having a new kitchen put in, when there were issues with the bathrooms these where also dealt. Also, they don't charge for renewing tenancy (how rare is it) and their admin/referencing fees at the begining of tenancy were acceptable compared to some crazy fees some agencies charge tenants.
