I appointed Northwood Watford to manage our property several years ago. Samantha De Soysa looks after my interest and acts as the interface between me and the tenants. Samantha carefully managed the exit of the previous tenants who were very problematic and Samantha recovered monies from the deposit to cover the cost of cleaning and repairs for which I was very grateful. Samantha then found a new tenant who appear to be more sympathetic to looking after the house. Samantha is very professional and proactive about looking after our interest.
