Whilst not as cheap as I can get, they are not expensive either and you know what they say about getting anything too cheap! Professional throughout and no issues on adding the odd requirements to my contract as well as how I do things and my diligence in pre rental checks. I even called Chris for a chat about how he sees things playing out with the new developments on out doorstep. Just to be clear, it's not just Chris, it's the whole team who I have found professional, helpful and friendly. He also mediated and kept the buyer in the loop, which was important as the conveyance took place concurrently with the acquisition of the freehold title and lease extensions. This was no mean feat, given that this process is full of needless delays! In summary, if you are looking to sell in the Watford area, I'd recommend Oak Estates!
