Dear Proffitt and Holt Watford Office - I just wanted to convey my sincere thanks to you and the wider staff team for your support and determination during the sale of my property in North Watford. I think the team really had to go that extra mile to maintain the sales process during ongoing property works and to advise regarding an efficient legal service but were determined, patient, polite and professional at all times! Sean and Paul were very helpful steering the initial steps and Clare remained in contact with me and really helped us get the sale over the line just before Christmas. I was with Proffitt & Holt for 3.5 Years. Considering they where the first agents that looked after us at the property, it gave me high hopes that many Lettings agents would be like this. They responded back very quickly, during covid reassured us when it came to renewing contracts for another year. Whenever anything needed repairing and replacing, contractors where calling to arrange a date to book it in. I Genuinely can’t fault P&H Cat Creed was our main point of contact and never failed us throughout the whole 3.5 years. Samantha Hazel & Cat Creed are two names I won’t forget when it come to leaving the property. As I said I had high hopes when moving with a different company to a different property and location. I can honestly say the difference in service was awful. I won’t say which company I went with but 7/8 months later and I’ve already got back in contact with P&H to move back in to Watford and be under P&H as my lettings agent.

I will start by saying that a house purchase is always a stressful process, however, we were lucky to meet, be guided and looked after by John Armstrong and Clare Foley. We had an excellent experience dealing with Sean, Roshele, Irfan and the team to sell and buy two properties in Watford. Professional, communicative and responsive from the start and determined when necessary to allow us to get a deal through before the stamp duty window closed. Roshele in particular was a superstar when it came to chasing tardy solicitors in order to get the deal done. The only point to note is that if you want anything done in a hurry, avoid using their recommended partner solicitors, two doors down on the parade. Far better solicitors are available in Watford. All around excellent experience, looking forward to using again.
