I've lived in a house that was looked after by Quest Estate Agents for four years. My personal contact was a gentleman named Tej and he was always incredibly helpful and quick to action when things went wrong. Problems were always solved in a timely manner and when things weren't satisfactory they would be rectified within days. I feel very fortunate that my first experience with renting a property was with Quest and Tej as our go between.

Very friendly quick service in finding a rental and step by step assistance in getting the rental contract. Will also help with recommendations for removal companies, professional cleaners etc. when asked. Friendly courteous service to look at any issues in the flat and will always let you know ahead of time when he's visiting the flat. Overall quite happy with the service I have received. For big issues in our rented flat - they were fixed immediately and the craftspeople hired to address issues were friendly, on time and competent. In our experience with real estate agents as a tenant, this is definitely one of the better ones

Would give 6 stars if we could! After a poor experience with a previous estate agents, we were nervous private tenants. Tej went out of his way from day 1 to assuage any worries we had and made the renting process smooth and simple. During the 3 years we stayed at the property, Tej was always avaliable when needed, no problem was ever too big or small. He was quick to resolve issues (like our fridge breaking down in summer or our boiler going out), arranging solutions quickly and without making us feel like an afterthought or inconvenience. We have just moved and honestly wish we could take Tej and his 5 star service with us! We will definitely hope to buy with him when we purchase our first home and would encourage anyone looking for a quality, professional, honest, friendly agent to look no further!
