Alan and his team are brilliant. We recently sold our flat with them, after having previously listed it with a more ‘corporate’ local agency. I am SO happy we switched— I really felt I could trust Alan. He treated me with respect and talked honestly with me throughout every stage of the sale (which he got us after a couple of weeks, compared with several months with the other agency). These things might sound obvious, but are really not the norm in my experience. I recommend anyone who wants to sell their house with minimal stress and nonsense to choose signature estates.

Awesome State agency, they were very helpful, Adam. the agent who was handling my case was always very friendly, always flexible for the viewings depending on my time of work and really understood what I was looking for. Signature estates helped us out enormously. Their service far exceeded what we had anticipated, and exceeds the obligations and expectations of any letting agency by far. 5 stars do not cover the story, hencewhy the appendix: Before our acquaintanceship with Signature Estates, we lived in a shared house with a neglectful landlord, who did not carry out repairs, charged for friends staying over, and overcrowded the house. After the council had been involved, we were given two months notice, three months from the enddate of our stay in England, and two weeks from our vacation to the Netherlands. We knew how hard it is for a couple to find a room for two months in such a short time. We requested several viewings from different agemcies, of which Signature Estates replied the earliest; Tam called me the very next day, upon which we arranged a viewing the selfsame day. After we explained our situation during the viewing, Tam suggested a shared house, managed by them, for which they could allow a two month's contract (which is against normal agency regulations) The next day, they offered us two rooms in stead of one (because of legal, overcrowding issues), at a reduced rate for the two of us. But yet, their service did not stop there: They carried out the credibility check by themselves without charging us anything and passed us (which would not have happened through a bureau) They allowed us to move all of our personal belongings in before our vacation, even though we had not paid rent for that month, and on top of that Tam helped us with moving everything.
