I can't fault Taylors estate agents one bit, they have been absolutely amazing with the sale of my house and helping me with the purchase of my new one. I dealt mostly with Lauren and Ray and they're both so personable and easy going they take the stress out of buying and selling! It isn't always easy communicating with solicitors and completing complicated forms but nothing was too much trouble for Lauren and Ray as they were there for me every step of the way helping me with form filling and giving me support. My experience of Taylors has been what I would consider as the best. Even after I've moved they have shown such amazing support. They deserve all the stars that are available!

I have used Taylors for selling and renting my property. Both teams are so friendly and helpful, in particular Jonathan, Lauren, Jack and Grace. They're always there to answer any question pretty much straight away and I've never had to chase them for anything promised! What a journey! We used Taylors during 2019 after falling in love with a house that they had on their books. From day one, each member of the team that we met treated us with a warm welcome, respect and support. We were so impressed, that we asked them to sell our house, and also used their in-house mortgage broker. By doing this, we saved money, and, were not required to mediate between various people / roles that come with house purchases and sales. They worked as a team, keeping a positive attitude throughout. We were well looked after by Ray, Jack, John, Ben, and Charlie. We had to reduce the price of our property during the sale process due to a minor slump in the local market and Taylors were not pushy at all, but suggested the best way to move forward quickly. To add to our journey, we also gave birth to our 3rd child during the house purchase process and received a lovely bouquet of Flowers and a bottle of Alcohol, a lovely gesture from the Taylors team. There was a great competitive vibe within the team to get our house sold and it was clear they were genuinely rooting for us to have a smooth and successful purchase. Viewings were professional, and well organised, and communication was regular and always positive. Any problems we encountered were always met with a solution or a plan of action. We would be happy to recommend Taylors, and even use again ourselves if the need arose. Thanks guys!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Taylors since 2010 when my contact was Rachel Harris. Rachel looked after my property and found tenants on two separate occasions whilst I was living overseas. It gave me complete peace of mind that Taylors would re-market my property and produce good quality viewings, rather than just getting people through the door. I have had to let out the same property in 2012 and again Taylors were the agent who were most competitive on fees, and produced the most viewings. Chelsea Barber has been my contact, and again the service has been exceptional, and Chelsea has managed to work around a situation with my tenants by securing 6 months in rent in advance, which is a great effort. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylors, and in particular Rachel and Chelsea who are both friendly, responsive and have a can-do attitude.

He is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, he will put extraordinary amounts of time and effort into getting you the best possible deal and explaining the whole process to you throughout. I phoned Taylors to request a viewing on a property and spoke to Songul Acar. 3 Hours later I was at the property doing the viewing, so none of this waiting a couple of days to see a place. :) Songul was very open and honest with every question I had and very helpful. Decided to take the property immediately and we went straight to the office to do the initial paperwork. Due to certain circumstances of mine it wasn't going to be a straight forward letting. However, Songul liaised with the landlord on half a dozen occasions over the rest of the day and, by first thing the next day, everything was agreed and the paperwork just needed signing. First pleasurable experience I've ever had with an Estate Agent and will make sure Taylors are my first port of call for property matters in the future. NB: To Taylors - give Songul a promotion & pay rise, she deserves it ;)
