One of the best estate agents in Hertfordshire and that I have dealt with. Small and tailored to customers needs. The staff are awesome and friendly and don't cut any corners or leave any stones unturned. Have recommended and will continue to use them going forward. Great team! - especially Harrison, Steve and Brenda who deserve a special shout out.

Was recommended Warren Anthony by a good friend who has used their services for a number of years. So far so good, we have been dealing with Harrison who is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable in his industry and always responds immediately. We have decided to use their Fully Managed services for our rental which is due to start shortly, so cannot comment on the service of that at this moment but will update this review in a few months. Have no hesitation in recommending.

From the first time I viewed the flat I went on to rent, all at Warren Anthony Watford branch were professional, efficient and friendly as well as true to their word. I was told that day that I would get a call back within half an hour of the viewing and I did. From that point on, everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have done, right up until two years later when I am now vacating the flat. Every member of staff I have dealt with has been courteous and excellent at what they do and communciation, be it by phone or by email, has always been prompt. Should I ever enter the rental market again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them, most particularly the Watford branch who pretty much took away all the stress from the admin of moving in and moving out with their brilliant service. I will genuinely miss dealing with them all! Thank you!

As a first time buyers we were very anxious and found the whole situation quite stressful, but everyone at Warren Anthony were super helpful. We felt like they all went above and beyond to help us with the whole process from the first day when we viewed a property until we got the keys. Our heartfelt thank you goes to Tony who was always very supportive and especially to Dan who helped us throughout the whole process. He was always there answering calls, replying to emails and messages, reassuring us and making sure we completed on time. We had couple of hiccups and Dan was very quick to sort them out in no time, AND when we were asked to pay extra to the sellers solicitors because we wanted to exchange contracts and complete on the same day, Dan spoke to the solicitors and managed to get them waive their fees. Thank you Warren Anthony and a very special THANK YOU to Dan, every estate agents needs someone like Dan :)

Harrison The Lettings agent was great, and Sue the office manager / administrator was fantastic also.
