We had the best experience with Joe. We were always kept in the loop of everything and communication was always excellent. We felt we could trust that Joe had our best interest in mind at all times. Even though we lost our first buyer, Joe kept our spirits up and we ended up completing without much difficulties really swiftly. He's an all round good guy, and I would recommend him to friends and family. And would use him again if ever we were to sell again!!

Joe acted as agent for my house sale and he was genuinely brilliant throughout. Selling/purchasing a house is undoubtedly one of the most stressful things you can do and ultimately for the majority of the process you have no control. Without naming names we used a high street estate agent and for the most part all I could see is that we were simply a number to them and another piece of their monthly sales target. Numerous times the contact was terrible and we never felt like they were ‘selling’ our property, more just waiting for a lucky bite at the right price. We were recommended Joe by a photographer in the industry and from the first time we met him you could tell he truly cared about the sale of the property, wanting to understand the house and surrounding area perfectly for every client he met. Joe would adapt and work to any time suitable to both us the seller and buyer and you could always contact Joe via phone or email without fail. The actual negotiation of sale was handled extremely professionally by Joe to get the right price and again level of contact was flawless. When it came to the exchange and completing on the property Joe was an intricate part of contact between us and the solicitors making sure everything was moving along flawlessly. If there were any bumps in the road he was very quick to iron them out in order for the sale to complete on the target date. Please use Joe and trust me he will care about the sale of your property as much as you do and you won’t just be a number on a sales board! .... oh and we got a lovely cookie saying ‘SOLD’ delivered to our door!

Joe has been amazing throughout the whole sale of our house! As soon as we met him I knew he was the right person to sell our home. I just wish has been able to buy our new home from him too as it would have been far smoother!! Having had experience of a larger well known firm who you can never get through to the right person and they never return your call I can certainly say this is not the same experience we received from Joe! Joe deals with your whole process of your house sale personally so he always knows what’s going on. He’s always at the end of the phone and if you call him he ALWAYS returns your call. In the end Joe was not only chasing up things on our house sale he was also chasing thing up on our purchase too which wasn’t his job to do. He is the most helpful agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! My husband and I was talking about the whole experience and how useless the larger firm we were buying off were and we decided maybe they were not so bad but because Joe was SO SO SO GOOD and so amazing it made them look even worse than they were. Bespoke and personal are the words I would use to describe this service and is the way forward! If we ever moved again I would commission Joe to find us our dream house so we could buy it from him and would no doubt get him back to sell our house!!

Dear Joe, I would like to thank you for all your help in the sale of 2 properties and the purchase of my new home. What a journey we have had. My cousin, Simon passed away suddenly 12th April 2020 leaving a house, a flat but he had no will. My brother and myself were the only known immediate family at the time. Being the local one, I was the main point of contact in sorting the estate. The flat had an interesting lease issue where you started initial investigations to find out what Simon had progressed. This turned out to be not a lot. You dealt with all the initial interest that I had received in the 2 properties before we had grant of probate and tried to keep me in check with the probate solicitor when I felt that she was not moving in the same direction as I wished. Your advice and support through all this were outstanding. With regards to the house, you conducted a viewing day where you had a lot of interest which you filtered to 25 viewings one Saturday with 13 offers being made. Due to Covid, this was a challenge that you managed professionally allowing 15 mins viewings and a one-way system through the house. Offers had to be in within 2 days then passed to the probate solicitor and the beneficiaries for approval. The flat had limited viewings due to the lease issue and the lack of love, but you managed to sell it very quickly at a respectable price. We had 3 solicitors involved due to the lease extension, but you managed them all taking away any stress from me. During all this I decided to also move. Although we had sold my flat, the buyer fell through, so I resulted to plan B and kept it as a buy to let as I had already found a new flat that I wished to purchase. I would also like to thank you for negotiating the purchase price on my new flat and for coming around to check it out. The support, professional advice and personal service that you provided was amazing and I cannot thank you enough through this unexpected journey. Kind regards
