Bourne Estate Agent (Woking) has been amazing from the start. Their letting team (particularly Brandon) went out of their way to help us find the right candidates and fully listen to our needs and expectations as landlords. They were always on hands to help with things which might not have been within their remit. We have now upgraded our contract to full management for peace of mind as we know they will do a fantastic job. The Sales team (in particular Oliver) was also excellent. They helped us purchase the property we really wanted. They even chopped up a sofa in order to remove it from a property for us. We have dealt with many estate agents and the team at Bourne Woking is by far the best. Professional and yet friendly. We hope there will be more opportunities to work with them. Bourne Estate Agents make the Impossible POSSIBLE ! Joining Bourne was THE BEST DECISION we took! Bourne SOLD IT! After being on the market for 8 months with Bourne's competitor, and two failed sales (the 1st time, the chain fell days before exchange, and the second time, the buyer just vanished), we took the decision to switch the Estate Agency, and join Bourne, as we became extremely unhappy with the current agency! And let me tell you, joining Bourne was THE BEST decision we took. They completely understood our situation, learning about the failed attempts of selling our property, and they took things personally, going the extra mile in order to see us exchange contracts on the house we wanted. And without no doubt, they managed to sell our property withing days after the house went on the market under their Agency. One thing that I absolutely appreciated about their approach for selling the property was that they never brought over people that were not directly interested in this type of property such as ours, which meant that we sold so fast. With previous agency, took us 2 months to get a buyer, so you can see right away that Bourne's approach is bringing results right away. We worked very close with their office, and met the gentlemen that form Bourne. They were extremely professional and they would call regularly to let you know of what's going on. Even the Agency Manager, Andy, was calling in to make sure things are good. The gentleman looking after our case was Bradley. Now, Bradley, without no doubt, he went the extra mile in seeing this sale/purchase happening for us. He called in regularly,chased and double chased the solitors and mortgage advisors, and even helped me out with a very complicated inquiry raised by our buyer. This particular inquiry, because of its complexity, was dragging for 2 months now, until Bradley and I dug in a bit, took things in our hands, and solved the issue in 48h. Bradley even called me outside his working hours to update me, and he even called me on his day off to chase the solicitors so we can exchange. ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!! Hats down to Bradley! In conclusion: so happy with their service from start to finish. No doubt, Bourne is the way forward!

We recently sold our property almost 12 months to the day from when we first put it on the market. We used the services of a number of agents (including their London connections). Bourne Estate agents was the last agency to be brought on board. However, although they came close, they did not actually make the sale. So why give Bourne a five star performance rating? In a bizarre sequence of events, on acceptance of our sale offer, the agency credited with the sale took a background seat and from then on had minimal involvement through to completion. As a consequence, we worked directly with the buyers ourselves. Unbeknown to us, in the three month period it took to get close to contract exchange, the Woking property market underwent a significant price correction. As a seller in an increasingly complex and ever changing market, we would have struggled had it not been for the intervention of our unpaid silent partner.
