Having recently purchased and sold through Seymours Horsell, we can’t recommend them highly enough. James, Lloyd and the rest of the team are always friendly and professional, but Tom Biffen in particular has gone the extra mile for us on many occasions. What we especially like is that he has never been pushy, he is very honest, and we trust him. Tom knew exactly what we were looking for in (even calling to tell us about a property coming on the market with another agent!) and when we found a property we loved, he worked hard to ensure we had multiple viewings and several offers on our house within a week. We’ve now moved into our new home (this one marketed by Seymours). Tom and Sandra have been very helpful throughout the purchasing process and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them. We won’t be moving again in a hurry, but if / when we do sell, we’ll be going through Seymours again.

We recently exchanged on a property in Horsell, and Sandra and the Seymours team could not have been more helpful and professional. We had an unexpected glitch with our buyer releasing funds, which meant that exchange was held up by over a week. Sandra was very understanding about this, and worked hard to reassure our vendor that all was OK, and maintain the completion date that we were aiming for despite the late exchange. On the day of completion Seymours were excellent on driving communications at getting everything wrapped up, and we were in the house at 10:30am with a free bottle of Prosecco from the team to say congratulations. Lloyd Moss has built his team from the top employees at the other Seymour’s branches and all sales team members are fully briefed on the properties on offer, so no “Saturday girls or boys!” There marketing budget is extensive and covers videos, glossy brochures and extensive advertising. The network of branches in Surrey also increases proactive market exposure, rather than just bunging it on Rightmove and wait for the phone to ring!
