Seymours have been brilliant from beginning to end. They’re super fast responsive team have made one of the most stressful experiences of life very straightforward. As first time buyers and having no clue where to start or what on earth was going on, Seymours were very knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. I had the pleasure of dealing with multiple teams at Seymours Knaphill. In the sale of my home, Mark, Clive and Ian all made the process painless, during the pandemic uncertainty and, a difficult time for me personally. They were personable, knowledgeable, and available! Not at all like typical agents just after the "sale"! House went on the market with them in Oct last year and by Nov had a "great" buyer - amazing! Clive (and my Conveyancers I might add) were instrumental in helping to close the deal at a good price. Especially after another agent had failed to even get me quality viewings! Jeff and Simon supported us through a long drawn out sale process hampered by loosing buyers due to Covid and loosing purchase properties in the process, then finally buying a probate property again impacted by COVID timelines. They were always professional, understanding and had a level of patience I am sure our chain tested at times! Buying and selling homes is an emotional process and the team are sensitive and appreciate this, even dealing with tears. They always followed the new protocols for viewings due to COVID and were supportive and understanding of any restrictions we put in place due to having a newborn. This is the second time we have used Seymours and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them, in particular Jeff who laughed through the awkward moments and diffused many a tricky situation as well as putting up with demanding clients! Excellent service from start to finish. We bought our first family home through Seymours, and their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. They asked detailed questions about our needs, budget and desired location and used this to ensure they only sent through properties that were relevant to our situation. Estate agents were friendly and knowledgeable and follow-ups following viewings were quick but did not take up large amounts of our time. They worked across multiple branches to find properties that were suitable for us, and after our offer was accepted, they had people in place to help ask/answer any questions we or the sellers had. I cannot recommend them enough! As our house search is now over, my wife and I would like others to know our thoughts with regard to Seymours in Knaphill. All the staff were polite and helpful but we must single out the sales manager Jeff Pickett as he was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. He personally met us for every viewing and was always punctual and although he was unable to find us a suitable property, he never gave up and was polite and friendly throughout. He was never pushy or tried the hard sell which would have annoyed us as it probably would most other potential buyers.He was knowledgeable and helpful and he is most definitely a great credit to Seymours. I recently sold a flat via Seymours in Woking with whom I have bought, sold, and let several properties over the past few years. On this occasion I listed the property with Ben at Seymours Woking office and we agreed a suitable price based on his and their up to date market data. I received knowledgeable feedback from day 1 and received a full asking price offer in 4 days. Seymours had many clients lined up and I cannot fault their professionalism. During the then leasehold sales process there were some paperwork difficulties and bottlenecks to the process. I had been house hunting for ages and was losing the will that I would ever find a new place. I found a property on the bank holiday weekend and requested online to see it not expecting them to be open. Jeff called within 10minutes of the request and asked me when I wanted to see it. I met him there 10 minutes later, he was polite, courteous, extremely professional and attentive and was able to tell me a lot of detail about the property and the area. I went to view the house a second time, again with Jeff and put an offer in. Throughout the rest of the process I have only positive things to say about Jeff and also Simon even when it was becoming particularly frustrating with delays from the vendors lawyer which was holding up the process.
