r.Back in 2014 when we first purchased our house in Woking Ben Alexander helped us with finding the perfect property for us which he did! So in 2020 when we looked to sell and move on it felt natural to get in touch with Seymours again and Ben was on hand to help with the valuation and images of the house. Brett helped us with negotiations and was also very helpful and always willing to give honest feedback from viewings. n. h.I have been using Seymours premium letting service for over 18 months now and during this time have been working with Anna, the customer service manager, directly. My calls are put through straight away and if not available Anna calls me back quickly. The problems (they are all to do with minor maintenance issues as they found me a truly excellent tenant ) are resolved smoothly and without fuss. It costs more the premium service but I have found it to be worthwhile. If you do consider letting it is good to have a professional managing the situation so I would recommend working direct with Anna as she is value for money and provides a very customer focussed service.

R. E.I recently used Seymours for the sale of my property. I chose Seymours because of the reach they have within Woking, and to be honest, I was expecting solid but not amazing performance, as it would be easy for complacency to set in with such a large market share.
I'm happy to say that they exceeded my expectations - they got more people through the door than they initially indicated, and competently handled the offers process, resulting in a sale price I was very happy with. I liked that fact that I was then assigned Clarissa as a dedicated sales progressor, who did an excellent job of co-ordinating the sale, more so than the solicitors themselves at times! The broader team including Brett were also very helpful in assisting in organisation and communication with the buyer, and were always friendly and professional.
If I had one critisism it would be that I felt the property valuation was overly pessimistic, and indeed this did turn out to be the case. But it could equally be argued that Seymour's did a good job to get the best deal they could. All in all though, I'm very happy with the service I received and would use Seymour's again.

Amy came into the process once a buyer for our property had been found. Given that there ended up being 3 buyers over 11 months she was our constant companion! Amy replied to messages promptly, by calling or emailing as necessary. She showed initiative and took action when things didn’t go smoothly between solicitors on both sides. A good communicator with us - I sense the same would be said for her contact with the buyer. She stood in and sorted out the mess created by our solicitor on more than one occasion (a firm recommended by Seymours’ sales team!). She went above and beyond. Sadly, her sales colleagues would not score so highly – the property was in excellent condition and an easy one to "sell" yet they lacked the ability to write a polished sales pitch, deliver what they promised at the outset in terms of updates, contact and stats or the ability to read/ pre-empt a wavering buyer. Amy on the other hand showed energy, intelligence, and empathy. The real STAR of the show who kept us sane! Seymours’ are very lucky to have her!

I am currently on my second week of rent, and I am pleased to say that I have been very satisfied with the service. They manage properties of high standards, and are very responsive, supportive and assisting on any defects to resolve them as soon as possible.
The property search and offer process was assisted by Andzela who was extremely helpful, always happy to help and suggesting properties that were really matching my interests with criteria’s as close as “airy, quiet”.
The moving process was very simple and assisted by Sabine for any questions I had about the tenancy agreement and were answered very well.
In terms of maintenance, the 2 defects (engendered by the previous tenant) I reported were taken in account the same day, and then resolved. I have been greatly assisted by Alannah and Caitlin and reassured to make sure to contact them whenever there is a defect no matter how small it is.

When I had a first phone call with him and explained what we want, they didn't have a property that is suitable for us on the market, so I had to wait for him coming back to me (Not many agencies remember you and actually call back). A couple of week later Tom called us back and booked for the place he suggested at our convenient time (again, not many sales person do this as they want to finish their work day on time or due to an agency closing time). We liaised with Luca to arrange viewings of properties, and was pleasantly surprised at his honestly, transparency and commitment to help us. Very un-estate agent like, compared to a competitor in Woking (C*rchods) who where underhanded, deceitful and only out for themselves.
Luca helped us to secure viewings of a few properties before they were advertised, and helped us to make an offer to secure one of them.
Once a sale was agreed, we liaised with Clarissa, who once again was excellent. She was responsive, supportive and very reasonable in helping deal with issues with our purchase. Whilst, technically, she worked for the seller, she helped us as to ensure a balance was struck between buyer and seller. We ended up speaking almost daily and she supported us in escalating issues with our solicitor.
A word of caution, don't use their recommended conveyancer (AV Rillo), who were the absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This is nothing against Seymours, and not in their power to control either.
Both Luca and Clarissa were excellent, and we would happily recommend and do business with them again. It's clear why Seymours are so successful in Woking. Thank you both!
