Here to say a massive thank you to Max and the rest of the Stirling Ackroyd Team who helped my wife and I complete formalities and move into an apartment in Woking. Max was extremely helpful and patient right from the start, while answering and clarifying numerous doubts. He was reassuring every step of the way and helped us get a flat that is beyond our expectations. I have nothing but good things to say about Stirling Ackroyd in Woking, particularly Max who was my Lettings Agent. If it wasn't for him and his efforts throughout my property search I wouldn't have found this wonderful flat that I'm sitting in as I type this. He was very attentive and professional, answering my queries and keeping me up to date at every stage. I've had some really poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Max has broken that cycle. I'm pleased I went to SA and would highly recommend them.

Moved from Ireland to Woking last month. Max at Woking townends was so helpful from start to finish with helping me and my partner find the right home at the right price. Due to sorting the rented property from outside the country during COVID, Max gave us many pictures and videos and reassured us of the quality of the lease. He assisted us throughout the referral process and had the property ready for us upon arrival. Max and the rest of the team at Townends (Rich and Zac) helped us in the final stages of getting the property as well as moving our bags with us to the new lease. I put my flat on the market May 2019 with Townends Regents in Woking. Zach and Kevin have been true legends throughout. I had 4 buyers waste time but each time a buyer pulled out Zach and Kevin got viewings and another buyer very quickly. The 5th buyer was genuine and the sale went through. All through the entire process Zach, Kevin and Maxine worked tirelessly to chase people up and get things moving. More importantly they all took an interest in my journey and didn't treat me as 'just another property sale'. All went over and above the call of duty to get my flat sold. Best bunch and I would most definitely highly recommend them. It's not about cost all the time, customer service is invaluable and you definitely get fantastic customer service from Townends Regents. Brexit then Covid-19 but managed to sell! The house has been on the market a while but this was during challenging times. Kevin and Zack were our main contacts who always kept us updated with what was going on and also offering suggestions. We moved to Townends from Seymours and had a much better personal service. At Seymours we were just another number, at Townends we were treated like humans. The guys were very good in getting back to us, they would rather use the phone tp talk things through than email which added to the personal touch but they also confirmed any details in email. No problem in recommending the team

Great service and very friendly welcoming atmosphere. I visited four agencies today to ask about the new Energy law coming in which was worrying me and my husband greatly. Out of the four agencies I visited in the High Street I spoke to a lady called Jess in the rental department. She was the only person who I spoke to who knew the law on this and in a nice reassuring way explained it to me clearly so I could relay it to my husband later. I wish I had gone here first! A very friendly lady who clearly is knowledgable and a true professional in what she does. I haven’t used Townends in the past but I definitely would in the future after my visit today.
