Apart from once during our quarterly inspection where I was told it was unacceptable to have leaves in my garden in October after the trees lost their leaves, perhaps I should have been stood under then tree with a bucket to catch the leaves as they fell. Anyway, recently the boiler broke and Bel, the property manager, was great at trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible and even offered us the use of her shower while we waited as we had no hot water.
