Professional and extremely easy to deal with, so much better that your normal high street agents! Purchased our house through Alan and he made the whole process so simple, even before we made the offer on the house he was there to give advice and guidance tome even though I wasn't a customer of his! Once we had an acceptance Alan helped us through the stages and kept the whole chain involved as there were some issues with our buyers and their mortgage. Alan was always available to speak to on the phone and would call back out of hours if I left voicemails. Overall a top estate agent, if we ever do decide to move home then he will be the first I contact regarding selling our house. He would be the first I recommend to people as well.

I'd highly recommend Alan Metcalfe, he was very knowledgable and realistic about the current market. He was realistic about what we would achieve price wise when selling our home. We achieved a higher price through him compared to two high street estate agents who undervalued our home. We saved a great deal of money by choosing the cheapest package that Alan offered and if we ever had any questions, Alan was only a phone call away. He always kept us up to date with the purchase of our new home too. Hopefully we will wont have to sell our home for many years to come but if we do, we will happily use Alan again to sell it.

Cannot recommend Alan enough. After 10 months of what can only be described as hell, Alan stayed with us! We had a very stressful sale of our house which Alan wasn't involved in.
