Can’t recommend Allan Morris Worcester enough! Such wonderful customer care from the whole team. Carole and Paul worked so hard to find us the right house! They were both so supportive and on the end of the phone whenever we needed them. We recently selected Allan Morris to market our home. It was an excellent decision. We have received exemplary service from the Worcester Allan Morris team led by manager Paul Jones. We have used two other prominent Worcester estate agents in the past. They both fell short in important aspects. Hence, this time we went looking for a better one! The whole team at Allan Morris have provided a cheerful professional service. They were always willing to advise, answering our queries promptly and always representing our best interests. The team, without exception, have shown considerable market knowledge and attention to detail. I cannot fault them in any respect. I would draw particular attention to the branch manager, Paul Jones. He made the initial contact with us, visiting us at home. He accurately assessed our current home and our future property needs. He has significant market experience with which he advised on pricing. We felt that the sale price he suggested was based on solid evidence. His assessment was correct and generated immediate market interest, viewings and offers. In our experience, some agents pick an ambitious price, fail to achieve it and then pressure you to tumble the price downwards as if you got it wrong in the first place! Not the case with Paul, he delivered a very accurate strategy from the start. He gave us considerable advice, always making time to answer/return calls and being available, whenever possible, for our ad hoc visits to the office. I would recommend the services of Allan Morris without hesitation.

this is the second time I have used Allan Morris estate agents. On each occasion I have found them to be very approachable and knowledgeable about the market. I have sometimes found agents hike their valuation to unrealistic levels in order to get the business, only to later have to reduce the asking price when it does not attract viewings. However, Allan Morris get their valuations spot-on and have been very effective at getting viewings. On each occasion I’ve used them they were able to get buyers who were ready to proceed and I quickly got offers around the asking price. In fact on this occasion the sale was agreed on the very first day! I very much appreciated the calls from Paul (Director) to introduce his company and on completion to make sure everything is ok. Throughout the sale Carole B kept all parties up to date and has been very proactive. In fact she deserves a medal for remaining so calm when I locked the keys inside the house on moving day! Carole was unflustered and quickly sorted out a locksmith whilst I was driving on the motorway. Thank you all!
