My partner and I have had an excellent experience with Black Pear Lettings. We were first in contact with Lydia, who was very polite and helpful. She showed us a few flats we were interested in and allowed us to view another flat the day after, which we then asked to put a holding deposit as we were very pleased with the property. Lydia was very well informed and helped us up until it came to the application process. By this point, Kayleigh took over and has been an absolute dream. We have been very upfront and honest with our current situation and throughout the application and in return she has helped us every step of the way. Recently moved in, Had a problem with my keys on first night. One of the staff ran from the train station 10 minutes before his train home at 6pm (After hours in the freezing cold.) and sorted the electric for me. Had an issue with Gas and Fridge, both are being dealt with the same day and once again said staff member went out of their way to assist, email support was great with emails first thing when I questioned anything and a follow up to make sure the situation was sorted. Brilliant for a Mature students/students first rent. Hope to be a tenant with them for all my University period.
