Leaders have generally been very good since I've been in the property for over 2 years now. Special mention however to Samantha McMahon who manages the property I rent. She's been nothing short of amazing. Her prompt response to issues raised and more importantly, getting them resolved while also displaying brilliant interpersonal skills is just truly wonderful and greatly appreciated. There's always that confidence when bringing issues to her that it will surely receive the attention it deserves so thank you Samantha. If you need maintenance done they are very quick to sort the issue out. Most notably Katherine who has always been quick to contact me with any issues and is very kind. They have an non deposit option with a very affordable fee which is extremely helpful as a young renter. Their fees are very reasonable too. There are quarterly inspections but you don’t need to be present for them if you can’t make it. I rented a lovely 1 bedroom flat in the centre of Worcester for a year that was clearly well maintained and a good price for how spacious it was! Do yourself a favour and consider renting a property from Leaders, you surely won’t regret it. Thank you to the whole team for being great.

Only based on our experience getting the flat as a tenant (will do another one once finished) The guys at Leaders Worcester have been very helpful the whole way through the process of finding a flat. There were a few issues as we didn't initially get the place we wanted but through someone else dropping out we were called immediately and put forward, and kept advised and up to date through the whole process. Specifically Jenna to begin with, George (who has been great and kept in touch and got us the flat!), Mike (who took me around a second time) and Sophie (who has been amazing calming our nerves about the referencing getting the place). Keep up the good work guys! *One area of improvement is perhaps lots of emails regarding places that wouldn't have been suitable - we had a very specific idea of the flat we wanted.

After having a random scroll through some of the reviews I feel I must add my mixed review and defend some of the excellent members of staff that are now part of the Leaders group. I had been a House Lets tenant for a number of years, and couldn’t fault them. Extremely personal experience with a lot of honest advice offered and never felt like I was just ‘another tenant’. So when I found out last year it had been bought out my Leaders I was a little worried, however life goes on so I just went with the flow. Fast forward a year or so.. a few minor issues with Leaders, such as never getting a response from a phone call I made a week previously, maintenance issues seem to take a while, and no one in the office ever seems to want to talk to you when you call making you feel a nuisance! However, I have recently had a property inspection with the girl I had dealt with at House Lets, this being my first face to face dealings with House Lets staff since the change over; and what a refreshing change that was! I assumed she had flown the nest however she had been on leave. She was as polite as she was the first time I ever viewed the property, chatted to me, asked how Work was etc, remembered mine and my partners name, asked how the boiler was, recalling a minor fault it had two ish years ago. She made the whole inspection feel comfortable and not like I had to put a fake smile on and rush it because it was more hassle than worth. Although it was obvious she had other places to get to, I didn’t feel like another person on her list that day. This made me realise a couple of things... I took my original agency for granted, and the personal approach doesn’t really exist anymore, secondarily, some of these members of staff didn’t chose to work for Leaders. They’re good people and capable of doing a good job, however they’re now told to conduct in a different manner, or are overworked and rushing things. These members of staff don’t deserve to all be tarnished with The sketchy reputation Leaders apparently hold by reading these reviews. Unfortunately I am now ‘Just another tenant’ however there are some great members of staff that work there. 4 star review for House Lets. They’ve lost a star because they sold out,

Myself and my partner have been renting with Premier Places for almost 17 months and we've had a lot of problems with our property. This isn't Premier Place's fault, It's just a very poorly built property with cheap fittings that fall apart upon looking at them. They're very quick at passing our complaints and comments onto the landlord and are generally quite fast at sorting a problem out for us. I would rent from Premier Places again in the future, their good customer service is reassuring to us.

Premier Places are much the same as any other estate agent, they do however contact my Landlord very quickly when needed. They are a friendly bunch and if ever you have a problem they are always approachable. The negatives are the amount they charge for admin fees when renewing a contract, that they do inspections every 3 months even though you have been there 5 years and never presented a problem and they don't always follow up to see if work has been carried out.

The whole process was smooth and easy, and I was able to find a property and move in within a very short space of time. My only concern was that the paperwork for the property was left until the final 2 days before my move in date, which caused a lot of hassle, but the agents were apologetic and did their best to help resolve the issues. I'd recommend these agents to anyone looking for a place in Worcester.
