L. S.Having had a bad experience with another estate agent when trying to sell my house I cannot recommend Nicol & Co enough. They walk you through every element of the process, making sure you're kept aware of what's going on every step of the way. What I particularly liked was the after sale support - the "sale progressor" role - my previous experience across the years has been that once a sale has been secured you're pretty much left to keep pushing the solicitors along yourself, ringing backwards and forwards between solicitors / estate agents who in turn get onto the buyers who in turn get onto their solicitors. Nicol & Co do all this proactively for you. Kat Grealy was exemplary in this role for us. Cannot recommend enough.

Selling isn’t easy these days and Estate Agents don’t always get a good name but I can only speak highly of the excellent service I’ve received from the Worcester Branch of Nicol & Co. I’m very glad I chose to go with them.
From the outset I found everyone to be really professional, efficient, to work hard at selling my house and willing to listen to my own requirements and concerns.
Dominique’s accurate, realistic, well placed valuation and her tips on how to present the house to it’s best advantage, got us off to a good start. The photo’s and online presence were excellent and updated regularly. The selling team are too many to name but they all worked really well together and kept going till they found the right buyer for me. Tom clinched the deal. Good follow up during the conveyancing is absolutely essential and Leanne is a master at the game, patient, diplomatic and persistent. There is also help on offer with completing the various Sellers’ enquiries forms and this speeds up the process.

I. S.Until now I've always found estate agents to be pretty much the same, lots of optimistic promises while pitching for the business, then pretty indifferent performance once I was hooked in. Nicol and Co are different, that initial bright start stayed right the way through the process, from contracting, to preparing the sales collateral, to viewings, to managing the buyers' offers and to sale progression.
The whole team were great, but I'll specifically name check Tom for getting us onto the market so effectively in difficult times just after peak-covid, and Leanne for coordinating and driving the sale through to completion so effectively when, to be candid, solicitors sometimes seemed to have no sense of urgency or inclination to communicate at all.
I've ticked "Good Value", while Nicol and Co probably aren't the cheapest estate agent in Worcester the quality of the service more than compensates, and why would I risk skimping on a budget estate agent when selling what is probably my most valuable asset?
