I cannot recommend the team highly enough. I got to meet Jacob who handled viewings and initial negotiations, Mel who handled the next purchase stage and James at the end to collect the keys. All were amazing, professional, helpful and communicative the whole way through. The extra special thanks has to go to Mel though. I've never met anyone so calm and who goes that extra mile. I honestly don't know what I'd have done without her. If you're thinking of selling or end up buying through them - you'll be in the best hands. A huge thank you for everything you've all done for me!

Philip Laney recently sold a bungalow for me. From the moment I met James at the bungalow for an initial valuation and look around I knew the sale would be in good hands. From our initial contact with PLJ on a Monday to going live on Rightmove on that Friday and getting an offer of the full asking price the day after was beyond our expectations. But then we hit the lock down problems and Mel worked hard to keep things going with our buyer, solicitors with furloughed staff, removals unable to happen, etc. It took over 20 weeks in the end but we are now in our new home.
