I have just completed the purchase of a house in St.Johns, Worcester and would like to thank Theo Woodruffe and Matt Raaff so much for being so helpful, efficient and making the process as stress free as it possibly could be. Theo initially took me round the property to view it and was punctual, courteous and happy to answer the long list of questions I had. It was clear that he knew the property market in Worcester very well and was also familiar with the property itself so that he was able to provide all the information for which I asked. He spoke to the vendor and within a couple of days the purchase had been agreed. Platinum, Worcester was most efficient in getting the memorandum of sale out straight away and I then dealt with Matt who again was 100% reliable, very helpful (and understanding when it took us longer to sort out the mortgage than we had initially hoped). He emailed or called to check how things were going and was always happy to answer any questions I had. He also spent a lot of time helping me to sort out the HMO licence application as I had not done one before. He didn’t have to help but he could see that I was confused and kindly offered to help. He always got back to me within a few minutes and answered each question I kept throwing his way. That is just one example. He also helped with so many little issues I had as I had not bought an HMO before. I am so very pleased that I had Matt and Theo to help me every step of the way. They cared about the sale and made so much effort to make it as uncomplicated as they could. I am delighted that Platinum has agreed to find tenants for us for the next academic year as I have every confidence in them. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Platinum Estate Agents (Matt Raaff and team) made the process of selling one of the houses we own very easy. As a Landlord, there is more to selling a house than one's own and the team excelled, covering advice on how to market the property through to quick completion. Not only did it all go to plan, but we think we achieved the right price with the least fuss, completed on time (to the day) and all monies passed between buyer, Soliticor and Estate agent as they should on the day they should. There are a lot of things that could have gone wrong, but it almost feels a little awkward as absolutely nothing went wrong and there were no delays. Thank you to Matt and his Team.

Outstanding service. When looking to rent out our property, Platinum and Mattias have supported us in every way. To ensure a property was legal to let, Platinum guided us through the process and linked us up with tradesman that could provide the necessary certificates. Could not have asked for better service. As first time buyers with very little financial acumen every single option was clearly explained and discussed so that we understood exactly why our best option was, well... the best. Our mortgage rate is incredible and has meant that we can afford our dream flat in London paying less than we currently do for rent!
