As a first time buyer and had been looking for my first apartment we had lots of experience of viewing properties with most agents within Worcester. I have to say we found the service with Shelton and Lines considerably better than our experience of most of the others. Some agents didn’t even turn up for viewings we had booked. We also made use of their mortgage services which we found very helpful and easy to use. The service wasn’t forced on us like some agents tried to do and we really felt like they worked in our best interest. Once our offer had been accepted we found all of the staff at the office extremely helpful whether it was organising survey and help completing the solicitor paperwork. Shelton & Lines were recently instructed by a client of mine who was moving to a nursing home as a result of her reduced mobility. A very stressful scenario for anyone and was particularly challenging for this lady who has no family to help. Shelton and Lines and in particular Lee could not have done more to help my client. Lee was always on hand to assist and was able to recommend other professionals who could help with the process. The house sold really quickly as a result of some great photos and video. I would highly recommend this estate agent.

We used Shelton and Lines to sell our first property. As advised by family we obtained 3 quotations from different agents. The values varied greatly. We chose Shelton and Lines as we felt their marketing was much better than their competitors. Lee initially came and did the valuation which we were very happy with and then came to photograph our house and we were so happy with the photography. They also produced a filmed tour for our property which again was professionally produced. From start to finish we really felt our home was in safe hands, when our buyers had a survey and looked to get money knocked off we felt we were given the best advice and truth be told if it wasn’t for their expertise we would have knocked more off the sale price to get the sale through. Our only gripe was that by moving out of the area we couldn’t use them to buy our next house.
