If I had the time I would love research to know if there was ever a slicker or swifter sale of a house. We engaged Scott at WR to sell our home as we had found a property we wanted be they already had interest from more established buyers so we needed to get the right price for our property and in a timely fashion. Scott met us on a Thursday to see the house and to talk about options and to understand what we wanted not only in a price but in a buyer. We had an offer at asking price from a great established buyer with no chain the following day which we accepted. Our property never even made it online. Scott knows his market, knows his area and has a great way about him that you don’t feel like you are being managed to sold to. Thanks to Scott’s swift work we had our offer accepted on the property we wanted. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to sell their home.
