Having had various issues with other companies as a landlord, I took my properties to Rob at Aspire a few years ago. Rob and his team were absolutely brilliant from the start with excellent good customer service which is very important with rental properties, Aspire go above and beyond for both landlords and tenants from my experience to date. Since Mike has taken over my properties from Rob the service level has not changed, still excellent so would I definitely recommend Aspire.

I purchased a property in Worthing through Aspire Residential. My main point of contact was Vadim, with Mike overseeing the file. As a first-time buyer, Aspire were professional and helpful. They had time for my naive questions and were easy to contact every step of the way. During my 6 month search for a property, I dealt with many of the local estate agents. Vadim and his team provided a level of customer service and care that you would hope for during this stressful process, which many of the competitors did not. I would fully recommend Aspire's services from a buyer's perspective. My only criticism would be their recommendation of conveyancer, whose level of service fell well below what would be expected (extremely poor communications, forgetting to enclose documents three times in a row, incorrect fees which I had to personally recalculate) considering their high fees. Many thanks to the entire team. I wish you well with your future endeavours.

Right, Listen. I do not make reviews online often, but whoever is reading this & is considering putting their house on the market I strongly recommend going with these guys. I had Vadim deal with my flat purchase & the guy was incredibly professional & had literal 5 star communication from start to finish to both me & my solicitor what really helped push this sale along. The property sale was complicated as it was tied up with the Probate system. Throughout they were professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Having been let down badly by a cowboy outfit estate agent in Worthing (I will not name and shame but their name is something you might fry for breakfast), I contacted Aspire on the strength of their reviews, which turned out to be totally accurate. Mike found a buyer for my flat within a week. Matters should then have gone smoothly had it not been for my purchaser's solicitors, who turned out to be another cowboy outfit who eventually refused to reply to my solicitors! In stepped Mike and saved the situation by going way and beyond his remit. He kept in constant contact with the cowboys and eventually help to secure exchange and completion. In 50 years of property ownership, I have had to use a significant number of estate agents. Aspire stand out way above the others. My only regret is that I will probably not have to use them again. Well done Mike and the Aspire Team, I wish you every success and happiness, which I reckon is guaranteed.

Aspire is the most reliable and professional estate agent I’ve ever used before, as have been a landlord for many years. They are a small firm for sales and letting property, but they are really care for their customers. Rob is in charged letting, who was very helpful, he checked everything in the property for you to make sure everything is fine, let you know if there are any potentially problem. In my case Rob found a problem with the toilet flashing, he tried to fix first which did last a month. when it needs proper repair, reported by tenant, he immediately found an affordable plumer to deal with it. so I don’t need worry about it. On top of that, the most I’ve experienced and impressed is you would receive your rent on the same day that tenant had paid in. I definitely recommend them, and will continue to rely on the fully management, and have a peace in mind. Vivi

Very good experience with Aspire although the sale of the house was difficult for other reasons. Proactive communications from Aspire. Grateful for covering house viewings. Grateful for covering supervision of the vacant property and other admin jobs such as meter readings and arranging gardener. Feel that house was well presented in brochure and Aspire very active in lining up buyers particularly when we remarketed the house. Aspire gave good advice to us during the difficult times, particularly around the expected market conditions at the time of remarketing. We feel that Aspire's fees are very reasonable at 1% given the service level.
