I would just like to say that Having tried to sell my property with numerous estate agents for the last 9 years with no viewings from any of them whatsoever I was totally frustrated. Then a miracle happened, I came across the estate agent GET AN OFFER so I thought I have nothing to lose, I contacted Tom Cranenburgh and Lewis Foster for help. I was astounded when only after 3/4 months I had a buyer, and within 6 months the property was sold. I was delighted to have finally sold so I could retire. The moral of the story is you don,t have to stay local to sell your property, when GET AN OFFER as based in Worthing. That says a lot for local estate agents after 9 years of frustration.
