I called these guys to discuss their product on behalf of my mum. I don't think it's for us but I was impressed that they were so clear and factual about what they were offering. If you expect them to be a social charity to give you free money to buy a lovely house you will be very disappoinred but if you approach this on the basis that you are dealing with a for-profit business, it will make a lot of sense for some people to get the home they want and more importantly security to live there long term. Even though this isn't for us, I wouldn't give it 1 star as some have because they are pretty up front about what they offer. I suspect people who have left very low review scores approached this service with unrealistic expectations.

I`m not usually one for writing reviews but felt the need to say what an amazingly positive experience my parents have received from Homewise. The concept is fantastic and my parents are so happy. They now live close to me in a lovely bungalow and I thank everyone at Homewise who have made this possible

I feel drawn to write a review about Homewise because I have read reviews from people who clearly have not had the experience of dealing with this Family run company. I have and I have nothing but praise for them. I had a traumatic time trying to sell my property in Spain and with the little capital I had left I knew I could never afford a lovely home of my own in the UK. Then I found Homewise - what relief - these wonderful people - the whole team were professional and caring, making my return to the UK and to my new lovely home of my own, stress free. I don’t have the worry of renting and I feel so secure knowing I have my home for life - wonderful. Many thanks to Homewise.

From the initial phone call making enquiries on Homewise, the information given to us in a way which we understood. There was no pressure put opon us and staff made sure we understood the legal aspect. The team that help us forward with viewings were exceptional, very supportive and understanding when things didnt go to plan, always there at the end of telephone or e-mail.

They were there for me all the time during a long negotiation. My situation meant that there was a long wait between putting an offer on the property and completion. The problem was nothing to do with Homewise nor indeed with the previous owners directly. This meant that the people at Homewise had a long period of emailing solicitors, the estate agents and myself to try to forward the transaction. The people at Homewise were very diligent and persistent and kept me in the loop on a regular basis. It was a difficult situation handled well.

If I had not found Homewise I would never have such a wonderful home, as I have now. From the moment I phoned then, they have been excellent to me, especially David, Rhonda and Hannah. Rhonda came to my home and told me, my sister and brother-in-law all about how Homewise worked. Homewise are amazing. Back in July 2016 I decided to move and be nearer my family and were recommended to me by an an estate agent. That was a godsend and with their help and support I was able to do thiis and moved in January 2017. Best decision I’ve ever made! From the first phone call, then meeting with James I felt at ease. Every thing was explained in simple easy to understand, the friend that was with me was amazed. He listen to what I was looking for asking questions on what I wanted most from my home & what I needed then pulled out the house I now living in. I don’t drive so Charlotte pick us up I have never laughed so much but she did an excellent job keeping us going and by 10/30 next day I had call from Stuart to say you have your house. I was looked after by Hannah till I moved to my new home. I new from the start what it cost so no unexpected expenses, all I had to do was get ready to move. They took the worry out of moving. Thank you so much all at Homewise, especially Luke and Steph! I had set out on a frustrating search looking for somewhere appealing to live til quite by accident I happened upon Homewise. Luke was kind patience itself - I had begun to despair, but Luke talked me out of that thinking, telling me to take my time and find the place that suited me. And after some to-ing and fro-ing, I did !! I was then handed over to Steph who guided me through the headache of solicitors etc., like a friend, easing what is well known as one of the most traumatic episodes in life. The house is all that I was looking for, with every facility on my doorstep and in a town that is old fashioned in its appearance and in the warm friendly people who live here - so much so that I don't feel a stranger.
