Four years ago we purchased a property through Jacobs Steel and they were extremely helpful and the managing director of the Goring Road branch we were using - Pat Barton - put himself out to help us complete the purchase. So when it came to selling that same property we went back to them and were glad we did. Having got embroiled in a very long chain our Branch Manager Lucy Fleming was relentless in chasing other estate agents and solicitors to ensure the sale went through on time. I should add that had it been left to other agents in the chain then the sale would probably still be waiting to complete. This is a really good estate agent. Based in London, it was quite daunting selling my late aunt's house in Worthing as we had no idea of the local market. We chose Jacobs Steel because Ross impressed us with the marketing package they suggested. At the time, we felt that the pricing might be ambitious as it was higher than other local estate agents had recommended, but Ross's predictions turned out to be spot on and we had numerous offers within a couple of weeks of going on the market.
