Jim helped us to understand the selling process in relation to an onward new build purchase and Aaron got the sale done and at the right time too. Couldn't recommend James and James enough. It was our first time selling a house and they made it simple, easy and we got a result that was better than expected. Photos and open house went smoothly and the how they handled the offers to present to us was spot on.
